We had a lovely sunny day yesterday and, since it’s not summer anymore, I’m trying to grab every opportunity to wear color before I desert to my blacks and grays. I don’t recollect wearing something made by a Ukrainian brand on the blog, so this has to be a first!
I actually find leopard print quite intimidating, I mean I really like it in small doses on other people but, judging from my first year of blogging experience I can totally go overboard with it (don’t even try to look for the posts in question, they’ve been safely deleted so as not to freak out any new readers that might accidentally stumble upon them :D) Anyways, since this whole style blogging is about challenging yourself, even if only just a little, here’s my take on leopard print circa 2013. Hope you like it!
This is officially the first time I’m wearing a lipstick on the blog and in my adult life I have always been neglecting this product for two reasons: I don’t like how if feels on my lips and I don’t like to accentuate the asymmetry of my lips! However, when I came to the MAC store to pick up a foundation, I couldn’t resist testing this color as I though it would be perfect to spice up my fall looks. So I ended up getting this one along with two other colors, not sure if I’ll use the crap out of them, but I think the time has come to move to bigger and better things What about you? Are you a lipstick person?
I love the new trend of messed up brand logos like this Ballinciaga dress that immediately caught my eye. Another thing I love is smock silhouettes so obviously I had to get my hands on this piece. Some of my instagram followers have already seen these boots from the H&M’s Paris collection that already became my favorites. I really wanted to get them is suede as well, but unfortunately they were nowhere to be found so until I find a suitable replacement the leather ones will have to do
There definitely had to be a blog post named Beetlejuice at some point this year and better later than never. I’m a huge fan of blazers, actually all outerwear for that matter, so I had to have one in beetlejuice print, even though some of you might already be sick of it
