Rambling in Krakow

Happy Valentine’s Day!!! I hope you’re spending it just the way you wanted! 
As for me, I’ve got pretty sick of all the traditional Valentine hype over the years, so tonight there will be no romantic dinner, instead we’re going to attend an event hosted by some friends, let’s see how that turns out!
Right now I gotta go do something with my hair and elaborate something decent to wear! I’m leaving you with a couple of pictures from the weekend, even the nasty weather couldn’t ruin the impression I get from this city.

Look of the Day: Combat Boots + Pics from Last Weekend

Hey guys! Here’s some pictures from last weekend, I can’t believe I just got around to sorting through them, work is really hectic right now, but I’ll try to post as often as I can. These photos were taken in Kamyanets-Podilskiy – an amazing historical town not far from where I live. I believe this is the first time I’m showing photos of a place in Ukraine, let me know if you like it!

Two Days in Krakow

Hey, everyone! Sorry for the lack of posts these last days, even though the internet in my hotel was pretty good, I never came around to posting anything. We’ve spent an amazing couple of days in one of my favorite European cities with a bunch of friends. I almost never had the camera with me, so I can’t show how amazing the city looks in very much detail, but you’ll have to take my word for it – the city is beautiful with all its ancient architecture, small shops and live music cafes, horse carriages, pretzels on every corner (I think I had too much of them).

Last Pics from Bulgaria

Hey everyone! I’m finally back home with a couple deadlines ahead of me, unpacked suitcases (I hate unpacking!) and freezing cold (well, maybe it’s not that freezing once I get acclimatized, but right now I’m wearing thick woolen socks and that means something!). Sad that my vacation is over but excited about the new season that will bring new journeys, fun projects and layering!!!

A Trip to Istanbul

Hey guys! Hope you’re having  a great day so far and thank you so much for all the sweet comments to my previous post! As you’re reading this I’m boarding my plane back home and my vacation in Bulgaria is officially over. 
I’m leaving you with these shots we took on Monday during our trip to Istanbul – a city of contrasts and a truly amazing place that I’ll never forget. Must do’s: entering the Blue Mosque bare legged, eating fried chestnuts and corn right on the street, getting lost at the Egyptian market and fighting the temptation to buy that oh-so-real-looking Falabella bag, overeating lukum and overdrinking strong Turkish tea, taking a boat trip down the Bosporus channel and trying not to spend your week’s budget in a day. If you’ve never been to Istanbul, I strongly recommend visiting, just remember to cover your legs! ;)
