I have to admit I’m not paying sufficient attention to the whole 70s trend going on lately, I definitely incorporate some of the its details in my everyday outfits, but full on 70s looks are kinda hard to style if you have limited time in the morning and aren’t always comfortable to wear compared to my beloved sporty chic. This look however was really easy to pull off, probably because it’s a classic denim & suede combination and also because of the fact I can’t get enough of my snake booties and the imitation suede coat.

I’m wearing:

Coat – Shein (real suede one here)
Shirt – Zara
Jeans – H&M (similar ones here)
Boots – Asos
Bag – Saint Laurent (affordable styles here and here)

It took me nearly three hours to get this post up because I literally forgot how it’s done. I took a much needed time out from blogging to focus on my styling work and suddenly found the energy to resume posting.

As you might have noticed lately my style has got slightly smarter and blazers and heels became my best friends. Even though I’m sure it’s just a phase I really enjoy looking serious right now, I guess there’s no harm in that. I also realized you don’t need much money to look smart, some of my recent blazers and trousers are high street sale finds, like this printed kimono from Bershka, a store that I seem to always neglect. Of course it’s not a 100% business blazer but it can be both dressed up and down.

I’m wearing:

Kimono jacket – Bershka
Tee – Pull&Bear
Pants – Front Row
Bag – Asos
Watch – Michael Kors
Heels – Asos

Shopping, Sunday Cravings

smells like spring

Asos oversize tops in pink and baby blue

Came home from the gym today utterly inspired to do some shopping. Spring is in the air and I feel like dressing in pastels from head to toe. I’m absolutely in love with these two loose tops from Asos, they drape perfectly and the cut and the raw edges look so cool! I can’t seem to decide between blue and pink though, which one would you get get?

Bet you guys did not expect color blocking on this blog? Neither did I, since usually it’s one of my least favorite styling techniques. Even though camel is considered a neutral color, it looks really strong combined with a dark green blazer, a recent sales find, and I loved the combo so I had to wear it the other day to meet a client. I have to confess I often opt for blazers and pumps to appear more serious than I really am :)

I’m wearing:

Coat – Zara
Blazer – Zara (similar one here and here)
Jeans – Asos
Heels – Zara
Bag – Michael Kors
Necklace – Jane Kønig

Some rare pictures with my hair looking more red than usual – a complete misunderstanding between me and my hair stylist, which got fixed in a couple of days, so these images will remain my only memory. I’m currently very bored with my hair and I’m looking for safe ways to change something without it being too much.

On another note, I mentioned somewhere on the blog that I’ve never had a properly pleated skirt, so this is a first! A great alternative to pants in the cold months, specially since it can be worn with thermal tights and tall boots. Double win!

I’m wearing:

Coat – Asos (old, similar one here and here)
Skirt – Shein
Sweater- H&M
Boots – Lamoda (sold out, but still available in black here)
Watch – Cluse
Bag – Milly
