Hey guys! Hope you’re having a great week! I’ve been redecorating our new apartment and it’s not a quick process, I gotta say. My bf and I moved in 3 weeks ago and we’re nowhere near the end, there’s mess everywhere and most of my clothes are packed in boxes and I’ve been recycling the same items over and over again. Luckily I found these shoes yesterday and wore them with an outfit I previously sported with ankle boots. The woolen culottes are so warm, they totally compensate for bare ankles :)

If someone asked me what my top 10 favorite clothes were, this biker jacket would definitely be among them. I got it almost 2 years ago and not only is it made of super soft buttery leather, but it reminds me of Barcelona – probably my favorite place in the whole wide world, and also it was the last jacket on sale in my size in the 10th store I went to looking for it.

The thing is, I don’t wear this jacket nearly enough, always opting for trendier or more fashionable outerwear that eventually ends up in a plastic bag at the back of my closet. But not this jacket, it always has a special place on a rack with my wardrobe classics.  Have you guys found your perfect leather jacket?

If it’s even possible, I feel like this season I’m loving black even more. While for some of us a total black outfit is the epitome of boringness, I have to admit most of the time my attention is immediately drawn to people wearing black rather that to those wearing colors. 

I’ll stop wearing black the day they make a darker color – this phrase has to be my slogan for autumn!

I actually find leopard print quite intimidating, I mean I really like it in small doses on other people but, judging from my first year of blogging experience I can totally go overboard with it (don’t even try to look for the posts in question, they’ve been safely deleted so as not to freak out any new readers that might accidentally stumble upon them :D) Anyways, since this whole style blogging is about challenging yourself, even if only just a little, here’s my take on leopard print circa 2013. A funny personal fact – I can’t touch velvet. It’s a childhood phobia – the feel of velvet makes me shiver, even if I only imagine touching it :D Imagine how much I like this velvet jacket to have overcome my weirdness to be able to wear it :) Does anyone else have this phobia?

I always liked the kind of weather where you can wear boots and bare legs but it doesn’t happen here too often. Fortunately last Sunday was just the kind of day, so I couldn’t resist wearing my new biker jacket and throwing on a some denim hotpants :) It got back to hot the next day so these combos will have to wait for a while now :)

Hey everyone! Hope you’re having a great week and sorry for not updating the blog for so long, as I mentioned in my previous post, I’ve taken up a small journey to Barcelona, which is about to end very soon. Before I head out to enjoy my last night out in this city, here’s an outfit from a couple of days ago I would like to share with you.

I’ve had a little shopping spree and I got this jacket and belt, among other things. The weather in BCN is not as warm as I expected, but hey, I’ve come from a -15° C cold, so I might be a little underdressed for the temps.
