I’m not a big fan of maxi dresses but when I saw this one on the Missguided website I immediately had to have it. It’s super breezy but the fabric feels a bit heavy, which makes it a great choice for the evening, and don’t get me started on the cuts – I rarely see a dress with cut outs in the waist area that look so subtle. In a word, I’m in love!

Wore this outfits on what seemed like the hottest day this summer! The temperature was well around 40° C so I combined the smallest and the breeziest pieced I had in my suitcase. By the 5th shot the ice cream started melting and pouring down my arm, so you can imagine how hot it was :)

I love the fact that black, my favorite color, has become the color of summer as well, so all the basic summer pieces are available in this color, and even more, nobody thinks they’re goth or something :)

Even though Norway is a much colder country than anywhere else I’ve been in Europe, on some days the weather was amazingly warm and sunny, so we couldn’t pass on going to a picnic to a picturesque Lake Mjøsa, Norway’s biggest lake, which is only 15 minutes walk from the place we’re staying at (in a little town called Gjøvik).

As much as I love wearing heels sometimes all it takes is a cute dress with a pair of flat sandals to make me happy :) We found this beautiful location while randomly rambling through our neighborhood in Warsaw and I though it was perfect for taking a couple of shots with this dress.
