Dressing up in the morning I usually know if I’ll have my pictures taken at some point during the day and on those occasions I’ll maybe add more accessories or wear something new I haven’t shown you guys yet. These are some random pictures taken right before grocery shopping on a Wednesday evening. Nothing special but I loved my hair that day and my boyfriend got off his gig early so why not?

I guess it’s bad for a style blogger to admit what I’m about to say, but high street sales don’t attract me as much as they used to. It’s probably because the stuff is so cheap I would usually end up with a bag of crap that I’d regret buying the very next day. So when I went sales shopping with my sister last week I only allowed myself to buy these shoes, and even though they were ridiculously cheap, I know I’ll be happy to wear them next year or even after that (if they last that long!). In case you forgot, the trick is to buy items that are comfortable, high quality and have timeless design.

GET THE LOOK:

This coat has to be the most vibrant piece of clothing I ever owned, well, maybe except all the neon green pieces, but those were clearly a misunderstanding. As you know, 99% of the time I go for muted colors or neutrals, but there’s something about this coat I couldn’t say no to.
