Some rare pictures with my hair looking more red than usual – a complete misunderstanding between me and my hair stylist, which got fixed in a couple of days, so these images will remain my only memory. I’m currently very bored with my hair and I’m looking for safe ways to change something without it being too much.

On another note, I mentioned somewhere on the blog that I’ve never had a properly pleated skirt, so this is a first! A great alternative to pants in the cold months, specially since it can be worn with thermal tights and tall boots. Double win!

My random outfit decisions clearly reflect how badly I miss the seaside. I mean three nautical stripe items in a 4-item outfit have to mean something, right? One of my friends says my life is a vacation of its own, so why not dress for it? Hopefully I’ll manage to take a swim in a real sea someday soon, but until then I’ll be fighting my urge to wear vacation-inspired outfits every single day.

Apparently I moved to the coldest and rainiest city in my country, so bear with me if you see more layers on my blog than on my fellow bloggers from the Northern hemisphere. I can’t express how much I love tailoring come fall! It gives such a chic vibe to an outfit, and I especially like pairing tailored pieces with something more relaxed like a leather jacket or sneaks. This skirt has such a flattering shape and the mix of blue and gray is one of my favorite color combinations this autumn. Do you guys have any tailored pieces in your closet?
