Hi everyone and sorry for not posting often enough, my life has taken a slight turn recently and I simply can’t manage to accomplish everything I plan. This last picture totally reflects my mood today – excited and extremely humbled. A couple hours ago I won the Marie Claire magazine contest and now they’ll take me to Milan Fashion Week this fall. So many people helped me win this contest (this was a vote, if you’re following me on instagram, you probably know what this is all about) and I’m feeling extremely grateful to have such friends.  On another note, I’m working on a side project with a couple amazing ladies and today we’ve had awesome progress, which fills my heart with even more joy, that I hope to share with you. There’s something extremely appealing in not overthinking summer outfits. I always have a crisp white shirt for those days when I feel lazy to dress up, but I usually pair it with boyfriend jeans. This time though I was looking for something fresh and pulled out these flared pants that I completely forgot I had. The mules that I also forgot about seemed like a great match. I do need to go check my memory asap, haha.

There’s nothing like a great sleeveless coat on a chilly autumn evening, am I right? I wore this checked beauty last week on a work-related trip to another city. I had two free days so I took a bit more clothes with me than I needed to be able to shoot some outfits amidst the beautiful architecture of the old town, where I was staying. As you can probably tell from the pics above, I’m not the only one loving this place :)

Mules have to be the hottest spring shoe trend that I can’t get enough of. I already got myself some basic black mules but now I’m thinking about a fancier pair and I’m so happy that online stores have updated their stocks, cause the last time I checked (about two months ago) the choice was pretty scarce. What do you guys think about mules? Are you on board?

Here’s an outfit I wore to the Maxime Simoens show in Paris. It was really warm that day so I decided to throw on something that would reveal a little bit of skin. As I mentioned before, my Paris outfits were all about reinventing the same items like this jacket, previously worn here, and these leather mules from Zara, previously spotted here. The little black bag obviously turned out to be the most used item in my suitcase simply because it goes with everything.

Wore my new Zara mules on a very gray day in Paris, kept the rest of my outfit gray as well. I’m actually very excited about mules this season, but even more so about their presence in Zara. I wonder how many pairs I can get before everyone thinks I’m obsessed. xD
