I wouldn’t be me if I didn’t attempt to wear this feminine off shoulder maxi dress with a pair of sneakers, mostly to tone it down a notch. I’ve been feeling kinda boyish ever since I cut my locks off and if I have an opportunity to accentuate it in an outfit, I’ll go for it. The hair is growing fast so I might not have much time to show off my “stronger side.”

The dress, by the way, is by a young Ukrainian designer Anna Yakovenko and it moves gorgeously. Maybe that’s partially the reason why  wore it with sneakers – to get as much movement as possible!

P.S. I just arrived in Norway, where I plan to spend around 10 days road tripping, sightseeing, discovering its nature wonders and simply relaxing so follow me on instagram for some non-fashion related travel pics.

It’s about time that I show you this dress – the epitome of summer 2014. Maybe it’s even a little too cute for me, but hey, it’s very convenient not to stick to a particular style, especially in summer time!

Maybe it’s because I was born in the USSR, but I definitely have a thing for old apartment buildings, especially with such creative geometry. Initially we wanted to take these pictures outside but didn’t leave the building until we took these. I guess, not all looks of the day have to look like street style, right? :)

So excited about the whole off shoulder trend that’s going on this season! I really like the bohemian vibe (see the last 5 pictures), but on top of that an off shoulder top or dress can be styled into a chic and elegant look as seen on the street style divas in the beginning of this post. I’ve collected some pretty off shoulder items, some of them more breezy and summery, and others more tailored and office appropriate to wear both ways, which way would you wear yours?
