I think it’s safe to say that over the last couple of years pastels have transformed from being a trend into being a sort of a lifestyle choice that simply can’t go out of style, and the obvious pantone palettes have nothing to do with it. It’s like biker chic, you won’t stop wearing your leather jackets just because you wore them for a couple years in row, am I right? Or am I just making an excuse for wearing sweet pink dresses every once in a while?

On a personal note I’d like to say that, despite my crazy schedule and living in two cities all at once this past month, I’m finally starting to find balance in my life and figuring out what I want to do with it. 2015 brought me a lot of eye-opening experiences, including group trainings and working with a therapist, meeting incredible, inspiring people and even though I’ve always considered myself blessed and happy, this made me realize a lot of things about myself that I wasn’t aware of before. I’ll definitely dwell on that in a separate post and for now, happy holidays!

Sometimes I remember I have hidden gems in my closet like these snake print heels that I think I’ve only worn once, but I remember how excited I was to buy them and how many outfit ideas I had with them. And it’s not that they are hard to style, I’m just a bad shoe owner in general – most of my fancier statement heels almost don’t get any wear, and I still can’t stop buying them. Hey guys, I hope you’re having a great day and sorry for almost a week of silence, the little vacation I had was very much needed In this post I’m happy to be collaborating with a Ukrainian brand BeTrendy, which also ships internationally. Guys over at BeTrendy asked me to share my ideas on how to style one of this season’s key pieces – a pastel pant.

CLASSIC

This is probably the easiest way to style any pants, you can never go wrong with a white shirt and a pair of pointy toes. Perfect for work or dinner with friends. I kept the entire ensemble classic with a beige tote and tortoise frames.

TRENDY

This has to be my favorite of all three outfits, even though I’m far from satisfied with my abs, I can’t help wearing crop tops in the heat that we’re having. The pool sliders from Asos are my new favorite go to shoes, I’ve tried them on with so many outfits and surprisingly they work every time!

I wore the outfit above to the Barbara Bui show, which was beyond beautiful, aside from the fact I haven’t seen so many celebrities in one place ever in my life I also got to meet some of the coolest bloggers and got elbowed by Anja Rubik at a Gosia Baczynska show later in the evening, so all in all it was a really nice first day experience.
