Along with suede and flared pants gladiator sandals have to be one of the hottest fashion trend of Spring – Summer 2015. They have been around for a while, but this season the catwalks literally exploded with all kinds of gladiators: dark and light, tall and short, suede and leather, heeled and flat. Chloé and Valentino, Alberta Feretti, Stella McCartney, Isabel Marant, Balmain and Rodarte are just a few of the designer brands that showed us how to wear gladiators in 2015. And what makes me super happy is that this sandal is no longer just a bohemian of festival accessory, it looks just as great with cocktail dresses and shorts suits, let alone denim skirts and dresses.

I wanted to share with you a couple of my favorite flat shoe outfits from my tumblr, but then it turned out there are so many of them I couldn’t help making a full-fledged Sunday Cravings post. The reality is this: you no longer need heels to look stylish, trendy and fashionable. I guess it’s not news for any of us, but maybe saying it out loud will help us realize this and stop spending fortunes on pumps and sandals that end up hurting our feet. I personally am thrilled that fashion is moving in this direction, what about you guys?
