This may be a slight ruffle overdose, but I just adore pieces with special details and this season ruffles won me over. I don’t think I’ve ever worn so many of them in one year, let alone one outfit. I’ve been looking for a statement denim jacket for ages and this one was love at first sight. I also got another ruffle piece and next week I’ll show you how I wear it in less feminine combinations. Happy weekend!

There’s something extremely appealing in not overthinking summer outfits. I always have a crisp white shirt for those days when I feel lazy to dress up, but I usually pair it with boyfriend jeans. This time though I was looking for something fresh and pulled out these flared pants that I completely forgot I had. The mules that I also forgot about seemed like a great match. I do need to go check my memory asap, haha.

This season I am extremely inspired by the military trend, it’s super versatile and you can wear army green while still remaining feminine and sexy. I’ve already got two army green pieces at Zara but I’m still looking for a military coat, isn’t this color perfect for fall? What do you guys think of this trend?

Monday Cravings: Jumpsuits & Playsuits

Jumpsuits are such an understated piece of clothing that we normally ignore when shopping. I mean, let’s face it, we may have dozens of dresses in our closets and only one or two jumpsuits, even despite the fact they can be even more chic and elegant. A jumpsuit is the easiest thing to wear, you don’t have to pull your hair out coming up with outfit ideas, just pick a bag and shoes and you’re all set! And also, isn’t it cool to wear a cute short dress without letting the world see your underwear (which honestly is my biggest problem, when it comes to short dresses)? There’s so many amazing playsuits that look like dresses, yet give you the freedom to climb stairs and ride bikes and not freak out every minute

Anyways, I think it’s unfair we completely neglect jumpsuits, so right now I intend to find a couple to make my summer mornings as effortless as possible.

So excited about the whole off shoulder trend that’s going on this season! I really like the bohemian vibe (see the last 5 pictures), but on top of that an off shoulder top or dress can be styled into a chic and elegant look as seen on the street style divas in the beginning of this post. Look of the Day: Jacket Dress

I just love versatile pieces like the one I’m wearing on these pictures – it’s supposed to be a jacket, but I like it even better worn as a dress. And don’t even get me started on plaid – for me it’s a perfect winter pop of color that I still refuse to get over.
