perfect black jeans for summer

Every season I find a pair of jeans on Asos that I wear religiously until they practically fall apart, this is how much I love them. This summer I was lucky enough to find this gem – black cropped girlfriend jeans with ripped knees (now that is pure poetry, as Carrie Bradshaw circa 2015 would say). I can’t think of a top or a shoe that wouldn’t go with them, but maybe I need those lace up sandals as well.

There’s something extremely appealing in not overthinking summer outfits. I always have a crisp white shirt for those days when I feel lazy to dress up, but I usually pair it with boyfriend jeans. This time though I was looking for something fresh and pulled out these flared pants that I completely forgot I had. The mules that I also forgot about seemed like a great match. I do need to go check my memory asap, haha.

What did I miss? Oh yeah, it’s June and I’m almost sure I forgot how to blog. Lots of things happened since my last post, some of them happy and some of them sad, but right now I’m back on track with posting and life in general. Apparently I moved to the coldest and rainiest city in my country, so bear with me if you see more layers on my blog than on my fellow bloggers from the Northern hemisphere.
