Here’s the third look from Paris I styled for Asos (the previous two here and here) and this time I chose a classic combo of a flared jean and a bohemian blouse with puffy sleeves and a bow. The suede saddle bag seemed like a perfect pop of color this outfit could use. I think these are the last sort of summery pics I have from this year, next stop: fall outerwear, which I love even more than summer outfits. Too bad it’s such a necessity where I am, I wouldn’t mind if it were optional.
Hope you guys are having a great week so far! Just checking in to share with you a couple pics from my stay in Paris. I’ve visited countless shows, presentations and exhibitions so far, drank way to much chocolate chaud and may or may not have photographed the Eiffer Tower 200 times lol. We’ll be staying here for a couple more days so head over to my instagram (@fashionagony) for some updates, as I seriously can’t bring myself to make a decent post while I’m here.
P.S. I’m being constantly asked about the pink pom poms, so here’s a link in case you’re wondering where they are from (in blue here) and here’s a post with an overload of pom pom candy.
It’s probably the twentieth time that I’m mentioning lace up trend on the blog, but at least you guys know that when I like something, I’m a 100 percent committed to it This top I got only a few days ago has already made its way to the favorite section of my closet, along with my oldie-but-goodie Asos high waisted jeans and these new leather boots that I got from Zara this Sunday. Easily the simplest and one of my favorite outfit combos this fall.
On another note, big news, in four days I’m going to Paris Fashion Week, again! Remembering my previous PFW experience I’ll be super smart this time, go to fewer shows, wear less heels (if possible) and always take the subway instead of a cab (3 missed shows, hello!). I’m planning to stay in Paris for a couple more days after the fashion week is over and just enjoy the city with my bf. Hopefully the weather cooperates! I haven’t planned my outfits yet, my hair is a hot fluffy mess, so I better start sorting through piles of clothes and maybe blackmailing my hair stylist into a last minute appointment! Wish me luck.
The entire summer I thought these skirts were not my style, but then I realized I have no style, so why not try something like this? The skirt itself is a very powerful piece so I hope I managed to tone it down a little bit with a simple turtleneck and a hat. What do you guys think?
Looks like I got too many green items this fall (see some of my recent outfits here and here), but I absolutely don’t mind, especially since I don’t remember wearing much of it in the past. Anyways, I’m really happy how these pictures turned out, they were taken on a sunny day during a work trip I took a couple weeks ago. We had lots of free time in the morning and just enjoyed a breakfast at a small cafe on the old town square – that’s the kind of time I value the most during any trip – being able to sit back and watch how the city wakes up sipping on hot cocoa is priceless in my book
Happy weekend guys!
