There’s been a slight radio silence on the blog lately, caused by work and maybe a little too much partying, which I intend on stopping with this post. I’m wearing a bubble top that I wore back in the summer with denim shorts and skirts and this time I wanted to make it look a little bit more September-appropriate. A sleeveless blazer added just enough warmth and edge to this combo.
Top – Chicwish
Sleeveless blazer – Zara (similar one here)
Faux leather shorts – Zara (similar here)
Shoes – CMG
Bag – Milly
If I had to pick my most favorite items in my wardrobe that I plan to wear the crap out of, you’re looking at them. I can’t count how many times I’ve worn these high waisted skinnies, my friends are making fun of me because I have a room filled with clothing and still wear them more often than anything. The lace up sandals are still my favorite heels and this Saint Laurent bag has been with me through heaven and hell, it has scratches and the leather starts to lose shape but it’s the most amazing bag I’ve ever had and I really hope it doesn’t fall apart very soon because I can’t think of an alternative. Adding something new to the mix, like this ruffled top, is just good manners.
On another note, later today I’ll be on my way to Vienna. I kinda feel the need to unwind a little bit after a tough month of work, and so do my friends, so we’re off to have a fun weekend. Oh, and BIG NEWS! I’m starting to use Snapchat, so add fashionagony to follow my adventures.
Hi everyone and sorry for not posting often enough, my life has taken a slight turn recently and I simply can’t manage to accomplish everything I plan. This last picture totally reflects my mood today – excited and extremely humbled. A couple hours ago I won the Marie Claire magazine contest and now they’ll take me to Milan Fashion Week this fall. So many people helped me win this contest (this was a vote, if you’re following me on instagram, you probably know what this is all about) and I’m feeling extremely grateful to have such friends. On another note, I’m working on a side project with a couple amazing ladies and today we’ve had awesome progress, which fills my heart with even more joy, that I hope to share with you. Have a great day everyone <3
As you may have guessed from this post I did a couple of weeks ago, flare sleeves are one of my biggest obsessions this spring. You can wear them in so many ways, the most traditional ones being somewhat romantic or feminine. I wanted to experiment with this dusty rose top a little bit and I loved the mix with loose track pants and white sneakers, that might not be your first outfit choice, but definitely looks fresh and unexpected. I hope you guys like this experiment, I have another flared sleeve top I wanna show you in a more traditional combo, so stay tuned.
An outfit from a very nasty and cloudy day last week and two good news! First, I got myself a pastel D&G bag that I wanted for a long time and couldn’t find anywhere in this color (in case you’re interested, I have been abusing it over the past couple of weeks on Instagram). Second, I’m really happy when fellow bloggers make it big in the industry, this is the best motivation for me to work harder. I’m wearing a top from IvyRevel, a clothing brand by Swedish babe Kenza Zouiten, which recently went global with the support of H&M and PayPal. What’s unique about IvyRevel is that instead of designing trendy stuff the brand has launched a style lab that will define precisely which items the customers wanna wear and make them in limited quantities. Yay for technology in fashion!
