Until very recently I used to be the kind of person who would always put on lots of jewelry and then take it off before leaving home just because it’s too much. I don’t know what happened to me but I keep drooling over these crystal/chain necklaces that I see all over the web, so I couldn’t help but invest in a gorgeous statement necklace from J.Crew, which I can’t wait to receive. Sunday Cravings: SS13 Trend: Running Shoes

January 27, 2013

Converse sneakers are officially OVER! As much as I loved them for dressing down any outfit and working perfectly with skirts, coats and many other more or less feminine garments, I say it’s time to move to bigger and better things!
Running shoes, the coolest of them being produced by Nike and New Balance, have been popping up on many streetstyle websites and blogs and to me they look way more chic than Isabel Marant sneakers. I’ve been looking for a pair of cool runners for some time, and recently Asos has started to stock up on them and I already made up my mind about the first pair, I’m sure come spring I will get a bright colored pair as well, but for starters a dark one will do (especially because it goes with pretty much everything).
Would you sport a pair of running shoes outside the gym, like the fashionistas above?
1. Nike |  2. New Balance | 3.  New Balance
1. Topshop |  2. Topshop | 3.  Topshop
 1. Adidas |  2. Adidas | 3.  Adidas
1. Rachel Zoe |  2. Marc by Marc Jacobs | 3.  Adidas

Sunday Cravings: Fall Must Haves: Sweatshirts

August 19, 2012
When summer comes to an end I always have those mixed feelings, when you don’t want it to get cold again, yet you get excited at the thought of shopping for warmer clothes  to accommodate the change in weather. To me, summer is all about heels, flowy fabrics, short shorts and cropped crops, while fall is all about getting cozy, so dressing for the colder months can be quite challenging, because cozy doesn’t always mean stylish. On top of my list of fall essentials is a sweatshirt, being the perfect fall piece that looks amazingly chic and can be styled in so many ways.
Just look at how these ladies rock a simple gray sweat!
