Some of us (including me) might think a loafer is one ugly shoe but this year it got me curious. I can’t help but admire the uber cool loafer looks some of my favourite fashionistas have put together and maybe I’m ready to get a pair for myself, especially since it’s such a great transitional item – you can start wearing it right now and all through the fall, it goes well with skirts and pants and let’s not forget about the Parisian vibe that’s going on.

It’s not like I ever stop wearing denim, but this season I’m especially excited about all the relaxed versions of jeans to choose from, my favorite styles at the moment being flares (super long or cropped) and mom or dad jeans. I’m also in love with the deconstruction and fray edge trends, they are awesome for everyday outfits with a twist, just pair them with a white shirt or a tee and throw in some cool slides into the mix and you’ve got yourself a chic summer look.

All the previous years my vacations were super spontaneous and I never had the time to properly prepare and ended up bringing lots of random stuff with me just to have many outfit choices. Summer or not, I’m becoming completely addicted to the embroidered bomber jackets that have become one of this season’s hottest street style trends. Frankly speaking, I seriously doubt I won’t have a chance to wear it in the summer time, it’s gonna be a perfect addition to light dresses and denim shorts on summer nights and an indispensable travel buddy.
I’m ordering mine right now and I though I’d share a little street style inspiration with you. What do you guys think about embroidered bombers?

Shoe trends inevitably gravitate towards comfort and even though, I’m sure, we all love us some sliders and sneakers, it never hurts to add a bit of femininity with a heeled shoe. I’m personally in love with the new block heel trend, especially if we’re talking about lace up sandals. They provide ultimate comfort with a bit of the 70’s vibe, two things I’ll be looking in my next pair of shoes.
