How often do you realize your wardrobe is missing a perfect top to go with your new pants or skirts or to layer under a jacket? In my case that happens on a daily basis. Sometimes I think a new statement top will fix the issue, but the truth is, statement tops are useless if you don’t have a simple neutral piece to glue your outfit together.
